Legal disclaimer

Effective 24 October 2026

TrenchScanner is a research tool. Nothing on it is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Memecoins are extremely risky: most go to zero, often within minutes. Only use money you can afford to lose entirely.

This disclaimer applies to trenchscanner.app, its API, the TrenchScanner phone app, the Telegram bot, the Trench Overlay browser extension and everything they show ("TrenchScanner"). By using TrenchScanner you accept it. If you don't, please don't use TrenchScanner.

Not financial advice

Alerts, filters, model calls, scores, flags, AI reviews, leaderboards, statistics and everything else TrenchScanner shows are general information produced by software. They aren't advice or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold anything, and they don't take your situation into account. We aren't a broker, exchange, investment adviser or fiduciary. Do your own research and decide for yourself, and talk to a licensed professional if you need advice.

Access payments and tokens

Access and credits are paid by burning tokens on-chain. Payments are final and non-refundable, including if a feature changes or the service stops. $ASDFASDFA and any other token mentioned on TrenchScanner are not an investment, a share, or a claim on us or on any revenue. We make no promise about any token's price, liquidity or future.

Third-party sites and services

TrenchScanner links to and uses services we don't control, including Axiom, Terminal (Padre), GMGN, Pump.fun, DexScreener, Privy, Telegram and Solana itself. We aren't affiliated with them unless we say so, and we aren't responsible for their content, security, fees or availability. Their own terms apply.

Your responsibilities

No warranty

TrenchScanner is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and uninterrupted operation. Features can change, pause or end at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, the people who build and run TrenchScanner aren't liable for any loss or damage from using it or relying on it. This includes trading losses, lost profits, lost funds, missed opportunities, and losses caused by bugs, outages, wrong data, third parties or the blockchain. Where liability can't be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for access in the three months before the claim. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.

Changes

We may update this disclaimer. The date above changes when we do, and using TrenchScanner after that means you accept the new version.
